Introductory Free Coaching Session

Service Description

Booking your first session is something to be proud of! I love the quote "The two most important days in your life are the day you are born, and the day you find out why". This is the first step investing in yourself, opening the door to finding your "why" or deepening your commitment to it. Let me tell you a little about what to expect. Look at your first session like you are meeting with a new friend. We will spend time getting to know each other, ask each other some questions and find out what you hope to discover or achieve with coaching. It only takes a couple minutes to schedule. This first session is completely complementary, no payment method required, and the only obligation is for you to show up, for yourself. I strongly encourage anyone to take advantage of this free session. You never know what you may discover!
